Weatherby Element
Inertia-operated semi-automatic delivering reliability and value under $800.
History
The Element brings together Weatherby's signature style with a field-proven inertia recoil system that provides reliable cycling for high-volume shooting. The simple inertia system keeps the action clean and easily maintained. Available in multiple configurations including Synthetic, Tungsten, Upland, Deluxe, and Waterfowl variants. The Element competes directly with Benelli Montefeltro at 40% less cost and outperforms many semi-autos at higher price points. The Element II added oversized controls including larger slammer button, charging handle, and safety for operation in adverse conditions. Owners report exceptional reliability matching or exceeding higher-priced Italian imports.
