History
Introduced in 1912 and designed by T.C. Johnson based on John Browning's M1893/97 design, the Model 12 was called the 'Perfect Repeater' at introduction. Nearly 2 million were produced in its initial 52-year run. The Model 12 served in both World Wars, Korea, and Vietnam. The Trench Gun variant with bayonet lug became legendary.
