History
FAMARS Excalibur represents the pinnacle of Italian bespoke gunmaking artistry. Founded 1967 by Mario Abbiatico and Remo Salvinelli, FAMARS produces only 110 guns per year with 9 master gunmakers. Since 1975, exclusively bespoke production with hundreds to thousands of man-hours per gun. Features master hand engraving (rose/scroll, game scenes, floral, gold inlays), hand-balanced and fitted, precise trigger pulls. Excalibur widely sought by collectors for combining exceptional beauty with outstanding performance. Located in Gardone Val Trompia, Italy's gunmaking center. Each gun individually crafted to client's exact specifications.
