History
Introduced in 2008, the SLP (Self-Loading Police) is a Belgian-made tactical semi-automatic that earned 'Shotgun of the Year 2009' from American Rifleman. Features Standard Invector choke system, MIL-STD-1913 rail, adjustable iron sights, and 6+1 or 8+1 capacity depending on variant (Mark I models). Gas-operated action with interchangeable pistons for light/heavy loads. Available in Standard, Mark I, Tactical, Competition, and Mark I Tactical variants. The 18" barrel with high-profile adjustable sights makes it ideal for law enforcement, military, and tactical competition. Represents FN's successful transition to semi-automatic tactical shotguns.
