History

Introduced in 1984, the Beretta 682 became the most successful competition shotgun in Olympic history. It won an astounding 43 of 60 Olympic medals between 1984-2009, including gold medals in virtually every Olympic Games during this period. The 682 featured Beretta's innovative low-profile action, Mobilchoke system, and exceptional balance that revolutionized competitive shooting. Production ended in 2009 when it was succeeded by the 694 and DT11.
