What causes flinching in clay shooting?

I've seen some shooters that have a delay in firing or don't fire at all.

Having difficulty with the app syncing my iPad and iPhone. Scores input are not copying to the other devise. How do I correct this issue.

Unwritten rules of shooting sport etiquette

What do you consider to be the proper etiquette when shooting? I feel that having some of these rules defined would help those starting up in the sport.
