Squad etiquette question for my first registered NSCA shoot

I'm signed up for my first NSCA registered shoot next month and I'm a bit nervous about squad etiquette. I've shot local club events for about 2 years with my Browning Citori 725 Sporting, but never a bigger registered event. What's expected in terms of helping with scorekeeping, calling for birds, or general squad dynamics?

First off, congrats on taking the step to registered shoots! Most squads are super welcoming to new shooters. Definitely offer to help with scorekeeping - just be clear you're new at it and someone will walk you through it. For NSCA, you'll want to call 'pull' clearly when you're ready, and be ready to shoot within about 3 seconds after the previous shooter. Most squads will rotate scorekeeping duties, and it's good form to help spot lost birds for others. What station are you most comfortable starting on? Some folks like to ease in with a crossing target first.
