Anyone else find Peltor SportTacs a bit too tight for long sessions?
Been using Peltor SportTac electronic muffs for about a year now, mostly shooting sporting clays with my Beretta 686 Silver Pigeon. After 2-3 hours, I get a headache from the pressure on my temples. Tried adjusting the headband and wearing them over a baseball cap, but no luck. Wondering if I should switch to in-ear options or try a different brand.

I had the same issue with my SportTacs - great sound quality but that pressure point is real. What worked for me was switching to Walker's Razor Slim electronic muffs. They're a bit less bulky and the headband seems to distribute pressure better. For really long days, I'll sometimes switch to my custom molded Decibullz plugs halfway through. Have you tried any gel ear cup replacements? Some guys swear by them for the Peltors.
