Just got a Beretta A300 Outlander for trap - what factory loads should I start with?

Hey all, brand new shooter here. Just picked up a Beretta A300 Outlander with a Modified choke for trap shooting. I've been reading about different ammo but honestly it's a bit overwhelming. I'm planning to shoot at my local club's 16-yard line. Should I just grab whatever's cheapest or is there a specific brand/shot size combo that's better for beginners?

Welcome to the sport! For your setup, I'd recommend starting with Federal Top Gun or Winchester AA in 7.5 or 8 shot. They're both reliable, have consistent patterns, and won't beat you up too much. With that Modified choke at 16 yards, you'll get nice even breaks without being too tight. Avoid the super cheap stuff like some Rio or Estate loads for now - they can be dirty and inconsistent. What's your budget per box, and are you shooting singles or doubles mostly?
