Struggling with station 8 high house in American Skeet
Just started shooting American Skeet a few months back and station 8 is killing me, especially the high house target. I'm using a Beretta A300 with a Skeet choke and 1 oz of #9 shot at 1200 fps. I feel like I'm always behind it and my gun mount feels rushed. Any tips for a newbie?

Station 8 high house is a tough one for everyone starting out. Try holding your muzzle a bit higher than you think - I usually aim at the top corner of the high house window. Don't wait to see the target, mount as you call 'pull' and swing through smoothly. That #9 shot is perfect, just trust your lead. What's your gun hold point on station 8 currently?
