Struggling with station 3 high house in American Skeet - feels like I'm always behind

Been shooting American Skeet for about 2 years now and station 3 high house is killing me. I'm using a Browning Citori with Skeet chokes and Federal Top Gun 1-1/8oz #9 loads. I've tried holding at the edge of the window and mounting as I see the target, but I'm consistently missing behind. Is it my timing or am I just not seeing the lead right?

Station 3 high house is tricky because it's coming almost straight at you before it starts to angle away. Try holding a bit higher - I usually aim at the top corner of the window opening. Don't wait to see the target before mounting, start your mount as you call 'pull' and you should be on it faster. What's your gun mount like - are you getting it to your shoulder consistently? Sometimes a smoother mount makes all the difference on that station.
