What is the best way to clean my shotgun?

I still have the same question, although I have scoured youtube.com and found MANY videos on how to clean shotguns, particularly the Remington 1100. I have one also and LOVE taking it apart! One quick and easy maintenance tool I love is the thick rope-like thing with the wire bristles around it that you pull through your barrel after every shoot. Comes in different gauges.
